The course has two parts: Business law and Company law (see "Extended programme") and provides some basic information on the requisites of insolvent liquidation.

This option is recommended for students aiming to an in-depth preparation and for all non-attending students.

Oral exam. An interview in which a reasoned examination of the topics covered by the programme is required.
There are no intermediate tests or pre-examinations.

The programme of the course is the same for attending and non-attending students.
